A family joinery, started by Takis Marangos. Today our own factory in Limassol makes almost anything in wood, from kitchens and wardrobes to fire doors, decks and staircases, for homes, hotels and offices across Cyprus.
The company
A whole residence or a whole hotel: we do the shop drawings, the making and the fitting ourselves.
Our drawing office, factory and showroom are all at one address. We work for homeowners, architects, developers, hotels and the public sector, and the business is still owned and run by the Marangos family.
History
Takis Marangos started out with a small workshop in Frangoklisia, making doors, cabinets, kitchens and roofing. Customers sent their friends his way, and he moved to a bigger workshop in Mesa Geitonia.
Hard work and honesty were his shield.
When his children joined, the business became Takis K. Marangos & Sons, and a year later it moved into a proper factory. That factory has been enlarged since, partly to make room for newer machines, and the showroom has been extended twice.
